This is a hands-on, physical role for someone who takes pride in their work, follows processes precisely, and understands that a clean facility is a safe and compliant one.
Your Day-to-Day
You'll be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and presentation of all areas within the cannabis manufacturing facility — from production floors to offices to restrooms.
Production & Facility Floors
  • Sweep, mop, scrub, wax, and polish all floor surfaces throughout the facility including production areas, hallways, and stairways
  • Operate industrial cleaning equipment including floor scrubbers, vacuum cleaners, carpet extractors, scissor lifts, boom lifts, and forklifts
  • Mix and measure chemical cleaning solutions per facility protocols and safety data sheets
  • Clean walls, ceilings, doors, windows, sills, woodwork, and desks throughout the facility

  • Clean and disinfect equipment surfaces, workstations, and production line areas between shifts and as directed
  • Remove and dispose of cannabis waste, byproduct, and debris in compliance with state regulations
  • Follow strict contamination prevention procedures when cleaning in and around active production zones
Restrooms
  • Clean, disinfect, and maintain all restroom fixtures including toilets, urinals, sinks, and floors
  • Restock all paper products and restroom supplies as needed
Breakrooms & Common Areas
  • Clean and disinfect all breakroom surfaces including appliances, tables, chairs, floors, walls, and windows
  • Empty and replace waste receptacle liners throughout the facility on schedule
General Facility Upkeep
  • Dust, wax, and polish office furniture, shelving, and file cabinets
  • Disinfect high-touch surfaces including phones, door handles, and shared equipment
  • Perform minor facility repairs in support of the maintenance team
  • Order, inventory, and restock cleaning materials and supplies as needed
Safety & Compliance
  • Follow all GMP, biosecurity, and sanitation protocols specific to a licensed cannabis manufacturing facility
  • Properly handle, store, and dispose of chemical cleaning agents in compliance with SDS requirements
  • Wear required PPE at all times in designated areas
  • Complete all facility cleaning logs, sanitation records, and compliance documentation accurately and on time
  • Report safety incidents, hazards, or quality concerns to a supervisor immediately
  • Maintain and calibrate cleaning tools and equipment as directed
Working Conditions
  • Work in an environment that may reach 85°F+ with 70%+ humidity for extended periods
  • Regularly required to reach, grasp, bend, stoop, and perform repetitive motions
  • Must be able to climb ladders and stairs and work from elevated platforms
  • Must be able to sit and/or stand for extended periods while maintaining focus
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs independently and up to 100 lbs with assistance
  • Must be comfortable working at heights
  • Daily exposure to allergens including cannabis, tree nuts, and coconut oil
  • Fast-paced, structured, and compliance-driven environment
What You Bring
Must Have:
