Job Title: Kitchen Packaging Technician
Schedule: Full-Time, 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM, Monday - Friday

Role Overview:
The Kitchen Packaging Technician will package cannabis-infused products, ensuring accuracy in labeling, sealing, and compliance. The role also includes operating packaging equipment, conducting quality checks, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Packaging & Production: Package products accurately, ensuring they meet weight, seal, and label requirements. Operate and troubleshoot packaging equipment.
  • Labeling & Compliance: Label products with all required information, including dosage, batch numbers, and warnings. Ensure compliance with state regulations.
  • Inventory & Workflow Management: Manage packaging materials, monitor stock levels, and ensure smooth workflow through production stages.
  • Sanitation & Safety: Maintain a clean and sanitary environment, following health and safety protocols. Comply with cannabis packaging regulations.
  • Teamwork & Company Values: Collaborate with team members and support a positive work culture focused on quality and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1+ year in food or product packaging, preferably in a fast-paced or regulated environment.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with food safety protocols and cannabis compliance is a plus.
  • Certifications: Valid Food Handler's Safety Card. Authorized to hold a Facility Agent Card with the Arizona Department of Health Services.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, basic mechanical skills, and ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to stand or sit for up to 10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly. Strong manual dexterity.
