Description
Our client is looking for motivated Edible Packagers to join their team. If you have strong attention to detail and focus, please read on!
Our client is a leading cannabis-focused consumer packaged goods company. The Company is focused on acquiring and developing market-proven regional brands, as well as creating new brands to meet the needs of cannabis consumers worldwide.
Responsibilities:
  • Weigh, package, and count products with a high level of accuracy
  • Ensure complete compliance to include labels, forms, and packaging
  • Conduct quality control audits to identify poor quality and/or a product issues. Report any issues immediately to your supervisor
  • Track products with physical production batch records
  • Apply labels to products
  • Follow all packaging procedures and maintain a clean workspace
  • Follow all safety measures
  • Other duties as assigned
Desired Experience:
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Detail-oriented with math skills
  • Ability to maintain an excellent attendance record
  • Ability to read and interpret written and oral instructions
  • Manual hand dexterity
  • No prior experience in the cannabis industry is required
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Working Environment:
  • The site is located at an indoor warehouse facility.
Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time (10-hour shift)
  • Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs.
