Job description

Location: Bartlett, IL
Pay: $15.50/hr
Shift: 2nd Shift
Typical Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM
Job Type: Temporary, on-demand 

Need flexible work later in the day? A leading candy company in Bartlett is hiring Packers for 2nd shift. This is an on-demand role where you can pick up shifts when they are available. 

There is no ongoing obligation. You’ll receive shift offers as they become available, and you can choose whether to accept. No previous packaging experience is required, and you may be able to start as soon as tomorrow. 

You’ll help package candy products coming off the production line. This can be a good fit if you want temporary work, no early mornings, and the option to choose shifts that fit your schedule. 

Please note: Schedules may change based on business needs. Shift offers depend on availability and workload. 

Packer duties include:
• Pack candy products coming off the production line
• Check products for quality while packing
• Monitor code dates and packaging details
• Check weight and count accuracy
• Gather boxes, labels, lids, skids, and other materials
• Build boxes and apply labels or tape as needed 

Packer Requirements:
• No previous packaging experience required
• Able to work 2nd shift when accepted shifts are available
• Able to follow work instructions and quality standards
• Comfortable with active, hands-on packaging work
