Provides leadership, coordination, and oversight for a grant-funded lung cancer screening and prevention program.
Serves as the clinical and operational liaison across multidisciplinary teams, primary care, and external partners to ensure high-quality, guideline-driven care.
Drives program growth, data integrity, and compliance through strategic planning, performance monitoring, and reporting.

Job description
Required Education: Associate's degree in health or science field.
Required Licensure: Current RN or Respiratory license in state of practice; must meet all state board requirements.
Preferred Education: Master's degree in health-related field, MHA, MPH, MSN or other health science related field.
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of clinical experience, preferably in oncology, pulmonary, population health, or preventive care. Experience in program coordination, quality improvement, or data-driven healthcare initiatives preferred.
Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred; Oncology or pulmonary-related certification preferred
