As a Campus Recruiter, you will:

  • Partner with client service leaders to execute effective campus recruiting strategies that support talent needs

  • Build meaningful relationships with students, student organizations, faculty, and campus partners to advance campus strategy

  • Facilitate internship programs, ensuring a strong pipeline of future talent

  • Coordinate endtoend campus recruiting logistics, including career fairs, interviews, presentations, receptions, and collaboration with key student organizations

  • Guide candidates from offer through onboarding, partnering with P&C and the business to ensure a seamless, hightouch experience from acceptance to start date

  • Participate in special projects

What you bring to the role:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Campus Recruiting, or related field

  • Prior experience in Professional Services is ideal

  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and organizational skills

  • Strong sense of accountability, ownership and pride in work performed

  • Strong relationship-focused skillset
