About the Role:
As a Security Team Member, you'll be the first line of defense in ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our guests and team members. You'll patrol the campground, monitor entrances and exits, respond to emergencies, and handle any disturbances with professionalism and care. You'll be a visible presence, providing a sense of security and ensuring everyone feels comfortable and protected.
This role requires availability on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings.
What You'll Do:
  • Patrol with Purpose: Monitor the campground, ensuring a safe and secure environment for guests and team members.
  • Guest-Focused: Greet guests with a friendly attitude, answer their questions, and assist with any security-related concerns.
  • Emergency Response: Respond to emergencies promptly and efficiently, following established protocols.
  • Conflict Resolution: Mediate conflicts and handle disturbances with professionalism and tact.
  • Access Control: Monitor entrances and exits, ensuring only authorized individuals enter the campground.
  • Safety First: Identify and report any safety hazards or potential security risks.
What We're Looking For:

Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, lift and carry 25 pounds occasionally and 10 pounds regularly.
  • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
  • Must be able to hear and speak clearly, and communicate comprehensively.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time (up to 80%).
  • Must be able to bend, kneel, crouch, climb, and move across wet or uneven terrain.
