Cardinal Title Group is accepting resumes for a Settlement Attorney to join our growing Pennsylvania team. The candidate must be able to conduct Real Estate settlements while also effectively performing the job functions outlined below. Job functions include: Prepare and review deeds, contracts, powers of attorney, trust documents, title abstract reports, and any other legal documents relevant to settlements Provide legal advice to real estate agents and their clients, while representing our Title Company Lead/teach educational classes relevant to real estate Review land records and chain-of-title Assist in resolving any title claims Assist in various other relevant legal matters Qualifications Must be a licensed Attorney in Pennsylvania 3+ years of title/real estate settlement experience We offer qualified candidates a competitive salary, health benefits, 401k options, and the ability to grow within a company that continues to expand.
