Job Description:
Cardinal Clean Team is a growing cleaning company seeking dependable, detail-oriented Cleaning Technicians to join our team. We provide residential, commercial, move-in/move-out, post-construction, and recurring cleaning services. We are looking for motivated individuals who take pride in quality work and enjoy creating clean, welcoming spaces.

Responsibilities:
• Perform residential and commercial cleaning services
• Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and deep clean assigned areas
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, offices, and common areas
• Remove trash and maintain cleanliness standards
• Follow company procedures and safety guidelines
• Arrive on time and provide excellent customer service

Requirements:
• Reliable transportation required
• Ability to lift up to 25–50 lbs
• Must be dependable and punctual
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Must pass 90-day probation period
