  • Patrol the park and campground by golf cart, vehicle, and/or by foot.
  • Promote a positive image of the park by exercising exceptional courtesy, a professional demeanor, wearing the correct uniform and any required PPE
  • Submit timely and accurate reports on any unusual incidents, guest violations, workplace hazards, and suspicious activity
  • Respond to requests for service from guests
  • Summon proper authorities in response to confrontational situations. Observe, report, and keep authorities advised of the situation until they arrive at the scene
  • Gather relevant information to include in incident reports
  • Other related duties as assigned
