We’re looking for Ride Operators to join us for a brick-tastic season, where you can expect:

Our Ride Operators play a big role in making sure our guests have the best and safest visit possible. They do this by:

  • Greeting our guests with a smile
  • Ensuring guests get on and off our rides and play structures safely
  • Managing standard and fast-track queues
  • Working as a team to ensure any safety concerns, faults, or issues are resolved as quickly as possible
  • Ensuring our coasters are full of happy riders
  • And much more!

What we’re looking for:

  • A fun, energetic personality
  • You must be at least 18 or older at the time of your application
  • Availability - Must be available 7:30am - 7:00pm, Must be able to work at least THREE Weekdays (M-F) and at least one Weekend Day (Sat or Sun). Must be available to work until at least September 07, 2026.
  • Flexibility – including evenings, weekends, and holidays to support our exciting events,
  • Ability to work outside in all weather conditions, including standing and walk for extended periods
  • You must be fluent in verbal and written English
  • 65 feet eyesight range (with glasses or contact lenses if necessary)
  • Ability to hear other Model Citizens even if they’re not visible (with hearing aids if necessary)

Pay Range: $17.25 per hour

This is a seasonal, Part-Time role. 

Must have weekend availability for off peak times with weekday availability layered in for full operations Memorial Day to Labor Day. Must be available to work from start through to Labor Day.
