WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
We're looking for Jr Campaign Build Specialists in Fort Worth to ensure the seamless execution of digital advertising campaigns across some of the most exciting brands and agencies in the industry. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to campaign setup and management.
You'll collaborate closely with both internal teams and offshore partners to ensure every campaign is set up accurately and delivered on time, always aligned with client objectives. Your ability to manage multiple moving pieces and communicate clearly will make you an essential part of our campaign success, helping to deliver results that exceed client expectations.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
  • Own end-to-end campaign setup: Oversee the trafficking and setup of campaigns, ensuring that all campaign details are accurately implemented in the system and aligned with the media plan and client objectives.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams: Collaborate with internal teams and offshore partners to ensure smooth campaign execution, from initial setup to handoff and ongoing tracking.
  • Support flawless execution: Act as the main point of contact for Account Executive and Campaign Manager ensuring campaigns are properly built and any issues are resolved quickly to maintain timely delivery.
  • Translate campaign requirements into action: Ensure all campaign details are clearly communicated and documented, making sure each step of the process is executed with precision and efficiency.
  • Proactively identify potential risks: Spot any challenges to timelines or execution and communicate them early, helping to prevent delays or misalignments.
  • Maintain operational excellence: Contribute to the improvement of internal processes and tools, ensuring campaigns are executed efficiently and scale successfully across teams and clients.
  • Availability required for on-call duty during 1-2 weekends per quarter to respond to client emergencies, not excluding Holidays

YOU'LL HAVE THE FOLLOWING TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
  • 0-2 years of experience in digital media operations, ad trafficking, or campaign management within an agency or media environment.
  • Strong project management skills with a proven ability to oversee end-to end campaign setup, ensuring accuracy, alignment with media plans, and timely execution.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional and offshore teams, demonstrating strong communication and coordination skills to support seamless campaign delivery.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to translate complex campaign requirements into clear, actionable steps and thorough documentation.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities, with a track record of identifying potential risks or delays and resolving them before they impact delivery.
  • A continuous improvement approach, contributing to process optimization and the development of scalable systems and tools to support operational excellence.
