Job description

SUMMARY

Are you a creative marketer, sharp copywriter, and visual storyteller who knows how to build hype and celebrate success? SeneGence is seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Marketing Specialist, Events & Recognition to serve as the marketing and creative voice behind our global distributor events, incentive trips, and recognition programs.

In this role, you won't just "send emails"—you will design multi-channel campaigns, write compelling stories, manage social media strategy, and produce eye-catching event assets. If you have exceptional copywriting skills, a keen eye for graphic design, and a knack for turning complex program rules into exciting, digestible marketing content, this is your opportunity to shine in a fast-paced, high-energy environment!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Multi-Channel Campaign Strategy & Copywriting

  • Campaign Copywriting: Draft persuasive, engaging copy for email marketing, web banners, promotional flyers, event guides, and distributor push notifications.
  • Newsletter Editorial: Lead the writing, editorial layout, and graphic design of the monthly Recognition newsletter—transforming distributor interviews and performance data into inspiring success stories.
  • Program Collateral Maintenance: Continuously audit and refresh all Recognition Guides, FAQs, forms, and digital support assets on the Distributor website to keep them modern, clear, and on-brand.

2. Brand Voice & Social Media Management

  • Social Strategy & Execution: Own the content calendar, creative direction, and daily posting across dedicated SeneGence Recognition and Events social media channels.
  • Recognition Spotlights: Write and design daily/weekly social posts spotlighting top distributor achievements, rank advancements, and incentive qualifiers.
  • Event Promotion: Execute hype campaigns for major global events, webinars, and incentive trips to increase registration and distributor engagement.

3. Graphic Design & Visual Assets

  • Content Creation: Produce clean, professional graphics using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator) and Canva for email headers, social assets, and event presentations.
  • Event Asset Production: Partner with Event Leads to create visual slides, mainstage PowerPoints, signage, and program announcements for live and virtual corporate events.
  • Graphic Briefs: Collaborate with the core Creative team when high-tier design assets are required, writing clear design briefs and maintaining strict SeneGence brand guidelines.

4. Cross-Functional & Operational Execution

  • Email Deployment: Build and schedule targeted email and SMS campaigns within platforms like Campaign Monitor or similar ESPs.
  • Process & SOP Documentation: Maintain departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure accuracy in recognition workflows and communication deployment lists.
  • Program Ambassadorship: Maintain an in-depth understanding of all SeneGence compensation plans, recognition tiers, and incentive trip rules to accurately explain them to field leaders and corporate staff.
  • On-Site Event Support: Travel to SeneGence global events as needed to support marketing operations, capture real-time social media content, and ensure seamless recognition execution on-site.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION

  • Experience: 3 to 5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, social media management, or graphic design.
  • Copywriting Mastery: Exceptional written communication skills with proven ability to adapt tone for different audiences (enthusiastic, professional, instructional).
  • Technical & Design Artistry: Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator) and Canva. Experience with email marketing platforms (Campaign Monitor/Klaviyo) and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) is required.
  • Data Literacy: Ability to read recognition data reports and translate numbers/stats into clean, visual infographics or stories.
  • Social Media Savvy: Demonstrable experience growing and managing brand social channels with a clear understanding of current social trends, reels, and engagement strategies.
  • Portfolio Required: Applicants should be prepared to provide writing samples and a design/marketing portfolio demonstrating visual and copy work.
  • Resilience & Attitude: A proactive "can-do" spirit with the ability to maintain focus, organization, and positivity during high-volume event seasons and tight deadlines.
  • Travel: Ability to travel (approximately 15%) to support corporate-sponsored events locally, domestically, and internationally.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE-TO-HAVES)

  • Knowledge of beauty, skincare, and cosmetic industry trends.
