Your Impact:

As the Global Campaign Manager for OpenText's ITOM (IT Operations Management) Business Unit, you will play a strategic leadership role in shaping and executing global campaign strategy across the client lifecycle. You will own the planning, orchestration, and execution of integrated demand generation programs designed to drive engagement, pipeline growth, and revenue acceleration across enterprise and mid-market segments.

This role requires strong cross-functional leadership and close alignment with Business Unit and corporate marketing stakeholders, including Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Account Development, Digital Marketing, Retention Marketing, and Sales leadership. You will serve as a central point of coordination across the marketing organization - ensuring campaigns align to business priorities, maintain pipeline health, and deliver measurable impact globally.

You will lead weekly collaboration rhythms with marketing stakeholders to assess campaign performance, optimize execution, identify pipeline gaps and opportunities, and ensure alignment between strategy and field execution. Success in this role requires a blend of strategic thinking, operational rigor, storytelling, and the ability to influence across a highly matrixed organization.

What The Role Offers:

  • Own the global campaign strategy and execution framework for the ITOM Business Unit, driving integrated programs aligned to pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Lead cross-functional campaign planning and execution across Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Account Development, Digital Marketing, and Retention Marketing.
  • Establish and manage ongoing collaboration cadences with BU marketing leaders to monitor campaign performance, pipeline health, conversion metrics, and optimization opportunities.
  • Build and execute integrated global campaigns across digital, field, partner, and account-based marketing channels.
  • Partner closely with Product Marketing to translate product strategy, positioning, launches, and market opportunities into compelling campaign narratives and client journeys.
  • Collaborate with Field Marketing and Account Development teams to ensure global campaigns are effectively activated regionally and aligned to target account strategies.
  • Use data-driven insights, funnel analytics, and performance reporting to optimize campaign effectiveness and influence business decisions.
  • Prepare and present executive-level updates on campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional coordination required to successfully launch global campaigns, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, timelines, messaging, and execution plans.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to shape compelling client-centric experiences that strengthen OpenText's market position.
  • Drive innovation in campaign strategy, marketing operations, and client engagement approaches to continuously improve business outcomes.
  • Manage multiple global initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • 7+ years of B2B marketing experience; SaaS and enterprise software experience preferred.
  • Proven experience owning and executing integrated global campaigns that drive measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of demand generation, client journey orchestration, and full-funnel marketing strategy.
  • Experience collaborating across Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Account Development, Sales, and executive leadership teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and lead cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed global organization.
  • Strong executive communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Experience leveraging campaign performance metrics, pipeline analytics, and MarTech platforms to guide decision-making and optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with ABM, intent data, and integrated marketing technologies.
  • Highly organized with strong project management, prioritization, and execution skills.
  • Passion for driving measurable business impact through strategic marketing leadership.
