Are you passionate about leading integrated marketing programs and driving impactful campaign execution? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where collaboration, strategy, and operational excellence come together? The Marketing Orchestration Department is looking for a Marketing Orchestration Lead to oversee key marketing initiatives supporting the Desjardins Agent Network (DAN), including the DAN Co-op Marketing Program and other strategic business mandates. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns that support agent growth and business objectives. You will leverage your strong understanding of digital marketing ecosystems, including search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), answer engine optimization (AEO), websites, and digital client acquisition strategies, to shape effective campaigns and deliver measurable business results. Working closely with external media vendors, internal creative teams, business partners, and subject matter experts, you will ensure the successful delivery of SEM, display, and other digital marketing initiatives from briefing through execution and performance analysis. Reporting to the Team Leader, Marketing Orchestration, you will serve as a key liaison between strategy and execution, bringing together internal and external stakeholders to deliver meaningful marketing outcomes while ensuring alignment with brand, regulatory, and business requirements. More specifically, you will be required to:

  • Lead the execution and continuous optimization of the DAN Co-op Marketing Program and other assigned marketing initiatives

  • Develop and manage integrated marketing plans that support business, agent, and client acquisition objectives

  • Coordinate campaign execution across paid media, digital, and supporting marketing channels

  • Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, budgets, and governance processes to ensure successful delivery

  • Act as a subject matter expert in digital marketing channels and platforms, providing guidance and recommendations related to SEM, SEO, AEO, websites, landing pages, display advertising, and digital client acquisition strategies

  • Identify opportunities to improve program effectiveness, scalability, and client engagement through innovation and best practices

  • Provide strategic recommendations to business partners based on campaign performance and evolving market trends

  • Manage relationships with external media agencies and vendors supporting SEM, display advertising, SEO initiatives, and other digital marketing services

  • Develop campaign briefs, objectives, and performance expectations for agency partners

  • Oversee campaign implementation, optimization activities, and performance reviews to ensure alignment with business goals and budget targets

  • Monitor vendor performance, review deliverables, and ensure quality standards are consistently met

  • Support vendor evaluation, contract discussions, RFPs, and exploratory assessments when required

  • Partner with internal creative studios and marketing teams to develop campaign assets and client-facing materials

  • Prepare and deliver creative briefs that clearly outline objectives, target audiences, key messages, channel strategies, and success metrics

  • Coordinate approvals and ensure creative deliverables align with brand guidelines, compliance requirements, and campaign strategies

  • Collaborate with product experts, field marketing teams, and other stakeholders to ensure campaigns support broader organizational priorities

  • Facilitate communication between business, creative, agency, and vendor teams throughout campaign lifecycles

  • Analyze campaign performance across digital marketing channels, identifying actionable insights and optimization opportunities

  • Monitor key performance indicators, budget utilization, and marketing outcomes to measure program effectiveness

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for leadership and business stakeholders

  • Leverage data-driven insights to improve future campaign planning, targeting, website performance, and execution strategies.

What you bring to the table

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

  • A minimum of five years of relevant experience in marketing, campaign management, digital marketing, or related disciplines

  • Advanced experience managing agency and vendor relationships

  • Advanced experience developing creative briefs and collaborating with creative production teams

  • Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns, including SEM, display advertising, SEO initiatives, and vendor-supported programs

  • Experience with project management, stakeholder management, and organizational

  • Experience translating digital marketing insights into actionable campaign strategies and business recommendations

  • Advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients

  • Advanced knowledge of digital marketing principles and channels, including SEM, SEO, AEO, websites, landing pages, digital analytics, and client acquisition best practices
