Campaign Producer (Marketing Specialist)
We are seeking a detail-oriented Campaign Producer to plan, build, and execute digital marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). This role is responsible for ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality campaign delivery across email, sms, and push. The ideal candidate combines strong execution skills with an understanding of marketing strategy and customer journeys.
Responsibilities

  • Build, test, and deploy marketing campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), including Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio
  • Develop and optimize customer journeys, ensuring seamless and targeted communication flows
  • Apply dynamic content, AMPscript, and personalization techniques to enhance engagement
  • Monitor campaign performance and troubleshoot issues related to delivery, data, or personalization
  • Collaborate with marketing and data teams to ensure accurate campaign setup and execution
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in campaign execution or marketing operations
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
