We are seeking an experienced Campaign Manager Team Lead who will oversee campaign planning and execution while mentoring a team of campaign professionals responsible for developing strategic communication initiatives, coordinating operational activities, and evaluating campaign effectiveness. This position offers the opportunity to engage with senior government leadership, shape strategic communications efforts, and deliver measurable mission impact.

Campaign Manager Team Lead shall possess the following capabilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Campaign Managers supporting strategic communications, campaigns, or information operations.
  • Design, develop, and execute integrated communication campaigns using strategic planning frameworks to achieve operational and organizational objectives.
  • Plan and coordinate campaigns and operations by leveraging the full suite of available capabilities across multiple communication channels.
  • Utilize data-driven planning methodologies to develop, assess, and refine campaign strategies.
  • Analyze and navigate large datasets to identify trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and inform operational planning.
  • Identify campaign objectives, desired end states, lines of effort, milestones, and measurable outcomes that support mission success.
  • Develop comprehensive campaign strategies incorporating strategic frameworks, implementation timelines, measurable objectives, and performance metrics.
  • Prepare, edit, and coordinate professional cable writing, executive correspondence, operational messaging, and strategic communications products.
  • Present campaign concepts, operational updates, and strategic recommendations to senior leaders and key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate across multidisciplinary teams to synchronize campaign activities, messaging, assessments, and operational objectives.
  • Monitor campaign execution and recommend adjustments based on data analysis, operational feedback, and evolving mission priorities.
  • Mentor and develop campaign personnel while promoting collaboration, innovation, and continuous process improvement.
  • Ensure campaign activities comply with organizational policies, operational guidance, and mission requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, Strategic Communications, Political Science, International Relations, Information Operations, Business, or related discipline.
  • Seven (7) years of experience managing communication activities, including account-based marketing, public relations, digital media, advertising, journalism, strategic communications, or related fields;
    OR
  • Seven (7) years of experience supporting military Psychological Operations (PSYOP), Military Information Support Operations (MISO), Information Operations (IO), or COVIN operations. Either of which must include:
  • Two (2) years contributing to external-facing communication projects.
  • Four (4) years managing communications teams.
  • Familiarity with Customers processes, procedures, and systems for conducting and documenting operations

Desired Qualifications

  • Masterโ€™s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Political Science, International Relations, Information Operations, Business Administration, or related discipline
  • Two (2) years of experience managing communications projects under the direction of the customer
  • Experience leading a wholistic integrated/ multichannel communications campaign, on behalf of a client
