About the Role / The Opportunity

We're looking for a client-focused Account Manager - Platform Specialist to join our team and play a key role in accelerating growth across Programmatic Digital Out-of-Home (pDOOH), YouTube, Social, and other algorithmic buying channels. In this role, you'll be a trusted advisor to a portfolio of agencies and brands, helping them unlock the full value of our programmatic offerings through the Perion DSP.

You'll deepen client relationships, translate business objectives into actionable media strategies, and ensure every campaign delivers measurable impact. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about digital innovation, committed to client success,  and strategic growth. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and is motivated by partnership, collaboration, and results.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Serve as the primary relationship lead for a portfolio of publishers, driving retention, satisfaction, and growth.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client's objectives, challenges, and success metrics to deliver thoughtful, data-driven recommendations.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Trading, and Product teams to ensure smooth onboarding, flawless campaign execution, and ongoing optimization.
  • Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand client investment across formats and markets.
  • Conduct performance reviews and client meetings that translate campaign insights into actionable next steps and ROI narratives.
  • Educate clients on best practices and new platform capabilities to maximize the value of their programmatic investments.
  • Collaborate internally to influence roadmap priorities based on client feedback and emerging market trends.
  • Contribute to the development of case studies, success stories, and strategic playbooks to strengthen client partnerships and internal enablement.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2-5 years of experience in account management, client success, or digital media strategy within ad tech, DOOH, or programmatic advertising.
  • Strong understanding of digital media buying models (CPM, CPC, CPA) and programmatic ecosystems (DSPs, ad exchanges, data partners).
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, able to partner with clients at all levels - from traders to senior marketing leads.
  • Proven ability to translate technical and performance data into strategic, client-friendly insights.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to balance multiple accounts across time zones and priorities.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Suite for reporting and analysis; Salesforce experience a plus.
  • Fluent in English.

What We'll Bring to the Table

At Perion, our success is built on meaningful human relationships and innovative thinking. You'll have the opportunity to:

  • Join a global, forward-thinking company redefining how brands connect with audiences through programmatic out-of-home.
  • Work alongside passionate teams who value creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Grow your career in a high-impact role that blends strategy, relationship management, and media innovation.
  • Be part of a culture that celebrates diverse perspectives and empowers you to make your mark.

Perion is committed to building a company whose staff reflects the true diversity of our community. Our employees are hired, promoted, and rewarded on the basis of talent, performance, dedication and results. We embrace our diversity and are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer that welcomes all candidates without regard to race, creed, color, religion, national origin, alienage or citizenship status, sex, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, partnership status, ancestry, disability or veteran status.
