Job description

Job Title: Digital Campaign Specialist

Location: Malvern, PA; Hybrid

Job Overview

The Digital Campaign Specialist is responsible for executing and optimizing multi-channel digital campaigns within an internal digital agency setting. Reporting to the Head of Digital Campaign Management, this individual contributor role focuses on delivering high-quality, timely integrated campaigns across search, digital/social advertising, email marketing, and web landing pages.

Serving as the primary liaison between Key Account Managers, Business/Marketing teams, and specialized channel leads, you will translate campaign briefs into intuitive digital user flows that drive brand awareness, engagement, and measurable customer demand.

 Key Responsibilities
  • Execute end-to-end digital customer journeys across web and email channels, including landing pages, automated email workflows, and organic search optimization.

  • Participate actively in campaign kick-off meetings to ensure a thorough understanding of the campaign brief, intent, target audience, and deliverables.

  • Oversee content quality, artifact development, campaign coding, email flows, search ads, and vanity URL/redirect setups.

  • Consult with stakeholders on creative content placement within pre-designed templates, providing data-driven recommendations and channel best practices.

  • Coordinate campaign launches by publishing channel creative, activating search ads, conducting A/B testing, and delivering collected leads to regional or country CRM teams.

  • Ensure end-to-end campaign assembly quality, engaging technical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) as needed to bring complex digital assets into production.

  • Prepare and distribute campaign instruction packages to participating global regions, gathering localized feedback and coordinating regional adaptations.

  • Monitor live campaign performance data to capture insights, identify optimization opportunities, and apply best practices to future deployments.

 Qualifications & Required Skills
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Science, Digital/Interactive Communications, or a related field required.

  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of dedicated experience executing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, channel drive-to strategies, or web design initiatives.

  • Hands-on Tech Stack: Practical experience managing digital channels including email automation, demand generation landing pages, organic/paid search, and Content Management Systems (CMS).

  • System Experience (Preferred): Prior experience working with enterprise digital platforms such as Sprinklr, Eloqua, or Scrivito CMS is highly desirable.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to act as a bridge between account managers, regional marketing leads, digital specialists, and global stakeholders across different time zones.

  • Analytical & Project Management: Exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a self-starter mindset capable of independently managing tight deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
