We are in need of talented, professional, and qualified applicants at our 41 Area (Las Flores) location aboard Camp Pendleton. Please see below for a little detail about us and what to expect if employed with Jersey Mike's Subs.

Crew Members are responsible for providing customers with prompt, courteous and efficient service. Prior experience in the food service or retail industry is preferred for open positions. Crew Members are required to work behind the counter to interact with customers and should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Jersey Mike's is known for its unique and genuine approach to serving the public. We strive to stand out by bringing our different personalities to the workplace and letting them shine while sharing our lives with customers and giving back to the community. We pride ourselves in providing the best sub sandwich our customers can get while hopefully making a positive change in their day. Crew members must be "coachable" and willing to learn the techniques and standards we hold. Constructive criticism is ongoing as well as the training process. We strive to always get better with operations and service.

Responsibilities:

  • Food prep
  • Work quickly and efficiently.
  • Communicate with customers to take and fulfill orders.
  • Good hand-eye coordination.
  • Be able to stand for long periods of time.
  • Be professional at all times while wearing the uniform.
  • Basic restaurant housekeeping and cleaning.
