Job description

Company Overview
Hybron Technologies is a startup that has developed a new manufacturing method for fiber-reinforced polymer composites that will revolutionize lightweight component production. Our new process solves the major challenges of traditional composites manufacturing, enabling more complex parts to be manufactured with higher quality and greater strength, at 10-100 times the speed. We have already successfully tested our first composite compressor blades in a fighter jet engine and are looking to apply this technology to many other applications in multiple sectors, from energy to aerospace to defense.
Your journey with us is more than just a job – it’s an opportunity to shape the future of advanced manufacturing. Our technology will help solve current major problems, namely by increasing the performance and reducing the cost of components for America’s warfighters, increasing the fuel efficiency of systems to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and bringing back domestic manufacturing.
