Are you a skilled CAM Programmer who enjoys solving complex machining challenges? Do you thrive in a high-mix, low-volume precision machining environment where every day brings a new project? If so, we want to hear from you.


We are seeking an experienced CAM Programmer to support our precision machining operations by developing and optimizing CNC programs for complex components. This role works closely with machinists, engineering, and production teams to ensure quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery.


What You'll Do

  • Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam, Siemens NX CAM, or similar CAM software

  • Develop machining strategies for CNC mills, lathes, and multi-axis equipment

  • Review engineering drawings, CAD models, and GD&T requirements

  • Select tooling, work holding, cutting parameters, and machining sequences

  • Support machine setup, prove-outs, first-piece inspections, and troubleshooting

  • Improve cycle times, tooling performance, and overall machining efficiency

  • Collaborate with machinists and engineering teams to solve manufacturing challenges

  • Maintain program revisions, setup documentation, and process records


What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of CAM programming, CNC programming, or CNC machining experience

  • Proficiency with Mastercam, Siemens NX CAM, or equivalent CAM software

  • Strong understanding of CNC machining processes, tooling, and cutting strategies
