Machine Build Assembler

1st shift, $28-35/hr

REQUIREMENTS:

-3+ years in in mechanical assembly & fabrication

- Print & schematic reading skills

- Electrical & pneumatic fundamentals

DAILY DUTIES:

-Build, wire, and assemble custom automated assembly machinery from prints and schematics.

-Interpret 2D and 3D engineering drawings, electrical diagrams, and pneumatic schematics.

-Perform mechanical assembly including fabrication, light machining, drilling, fitting, and alignment.

-Install and troubleshoot pneumatic systems and basic electrical components.

-Modify machinery components as needed during builds and testing.

-Provide input on equipment design, safety, and build improvements.

-Own portions of machine builds from sub-assembly through final integration.

-Ensure builds meet safety, quality, and performance standards.

-Collaborate with engineering and other technicians to resolve design or fit issues.
