Requirements:

Education:

  • Prior experience managing new construction luxury lease-up communities preferred
  • Detail-oriented with excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Familiarity with Yardi property management software a plus
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing and Equal Employment guidelines

Skills & Certifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Property Management software (e.g., Yardi), with strong communication, organizational, and analytical/problem-solving skills
  • Registered Apartment or CAM Manager certification preferred
  • Knowledge of Fair Employment Housing and EEO laws
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus
  • Valid Driver's License required
