Graceland Air is a family-owned HVAC company dedicated to providing honest, high-quality heating and cooling services throughout Central Kentucky. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to become the voice of our company.

If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment w here every day is different, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Schedule service, maintenance, and installation appointments
  • Dispatch technicians efficiently throughout the day
  • Communicate appointment updates with customers
  • Create and manage work orders using Housecall Pro
  • Process invoices and customer payments
  • Follow up on estimates and completed jobs
  • Schedule and renew maintenance agreements
  • Assist with financing paperwork and customer documentation
  • Maintain accurate customer records
  • Work closely with technicians to ensure excellent customer service
  • Help maintain a positive, organized office environment

Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Comfortable using computers and learning new software
  • Positive attitude with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Previous office or customer service experience preferred
