We are a dedicated team of home service experts who always go the extra mile to ensure peak performance for our customers' heating, air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical systems.
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HVAC Service Manager to lead our service operations at our Jackson, WI headquarters. This is an active leadership role requiring direct, in-field management to train, coach, and mentor technicians on technical delivery and proper turnover processes. If you bring strong technical expertise, natural leadership skills, and a customer-centric approach, we want you on our team.

What You'll Do:
  • Manage a team of HVAC service technicians, providing the guidance, training, and support necessary to drive high performance.
  • Spend active time in the field with technicians, directly coaching them on technical troubleshooting and proper turnover processes.
  • Oversee day-to-day scheduling, dispatching, and service call monitoring to ensure we meet customer expectations and service agreements.
  • Provide top-tier technical support to help technicians troubleshoot complex residential HVAC issues efficiently.
  • Monitor inventory levels, equipment, and company resources to optimize field efficiency and minimize downtime.
  • Enforce industry regulations, company policies, and strict safety standards to maintain a safe working environment
What You Bring:
  • Demonstrated success in HVAC service management or a closely related leadership role.
  • A willingness to get out of the office and into the field to hands-on train, motivate, and inspire your team.
  • Strong customer value-adding techniques to help technicians naturally increase the team's average ticket price.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of residential HVAC systems, components, and operations with advanced troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to build trust with customers, technicians, and internal stakeholders.
  • The ability to prioritize tasks, multi-task, and stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
Physical Requirements amp; Work Location
  • Ability to work comfortably in unconditioned spaces subject to extreme seasonal temperatures, including sub-zero winters and high-heat summers.
  • Ability to safely navigate residential spaces, including entering and working in basements, crawlspaces, attics, and utility closets.
  • Ability to occasionally lift, carry, or move tools, equipment, or parts weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Frequent bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, climbing ladders, and standing or walking for extended periods.
