What You'll Do
As a Member Service Center Representative, you'll play a vital role in our members' financial journeys by:
  • Providing exceptional service for inbound and outbound member inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Troubleshooting member issues and delivering effective solutions.
  • Verifying member information and maintaining accurate records.
  • Promoting and cross-selling products to meet members' financial needs.
  • Proactively staying updated on Trumark products, services, and training programs.
  • Assisting with new product or procedure implementation and completing additional tasks as assigned.
What You Bring to the Table
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Six months of call center or branch experience with a financial institution preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
    • Knowledge of banking principles and customer service standards.
  • Availability: Flexible schedule to meet the hours of operation (Mon-Fri: 7:30 a.m.-7:00 p.m.; Sat 8:30 a.m.-1:00 p.m.).
