Our Customer Relationship Center (CRC) is at the forefront of digital automotive retail, supporting 54 dealerships and 26 brands across North Carolina and Virginia. From our state-of-the-art facility in downtown Winston-Salem, our team handles sales inquiries and service appointment scheduling with the highest level of professionalism and care.
We’re hiring Automotive Customer Service & Sales Agents to connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and text. Whether you're coming from hospitality, retail, tech support, call centers, or another customer-facing field, our comprehensive paid training will set you up for success.

What You'll Do

• Provide exceptional customer service across multiple communication channels (inbound/outbound calls, chat, text, email)

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide customized vehicle sales or service solutions

• Set high-quality appointments for vehicle purchases or service visits

• Use CRM tools to build customer profiles, provide price quotes, and document interactions

• Collaborate with dealership staff, brand partners, and marketing teams to support lead generation and conversion

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly performance targets

• Work on-site in our office (not a hybrid or remote position)
