Essential Functions:

  • Oversee and coordinate crew work to maintain pipelines.
  • Oversee, accomplish, and ensure all work quality, standards, and timeliness for each project.
  • Coordinate and delegate daily tasks to crew members related to the project.
  • Facilitate daily safety talks and weekly safety inspections to ensure the crews work safely.
  • Complete all paperwork in a timely manner.
  • Track employee hours and submit for payroll on a timely basis.
  • Call in utility locates (ONE CALLS - 811) when requested.
  • Communicate with customer and inspectors.
  • Perform other duties as required and/or assigned.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including use of Stop-Work Authority when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience with pipeline construction and maintenance, with 1 year of supervisory experience ()
  • Certified in hydro testing, hot line work and valve knowledge.
  • Must be able to direct / coordinate crews and supervisor crew performance and safety.
  • Have a full understanding of the line locating requirements, ONE CALL Centers 811.
  • Be able to use line locating equipment.
  • Willingness to perform any and all tasks associated with general pipeline maintenance or as directed by Foreman, Supervisor or Customer Personnel.

This position is foreseeable long-term position.
