Lucasan Marketing LLC is a leading field marketing organization specializing in customer acquisition for government-supported telecommunications programs. We partner with major wireless providers to connect underserved communities with essential mobile services through the Lifeline program.

Job Overview

Lucasan Marketing is hiring Independent Field Enrollment Agents to assist in enrolling and qualifying eligible low-income households for free wireless phone service through the Lifeline program.

This is a 1099 independent contractor role ideal for individuals who are self-motivated, comfortable working in the field, and driven by performance-based earnings.

Agents will operate in high-traffic community areas, events, and retail-adjacent locations, helping individuals determine eligibility and complete compliant enrollments.

Compensation Structure (Performance-Based)

Compensation is based on approved, commissionable enrollments and varies by program and geography:

  • Compensation is subject to quality control, activation validation, and fraud prevention policies
  • Chargebacks and reversals (including deactivations or invalid enrollments) may result in compensation adjustments or SPIF clawbacks

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-person outreach in assigned territories (events, street teams, retail proximity)
  • Educate customers on Lifeline benefits and eligibility requirements
