Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Coordinating logistics with calibration technicians

Data entry

Flexible

Able to Multi task

Answer/Direct phone calls; take messages to assist Managers

Requires an eye for detail and accuracy

Possess good Communication Skills both verbally and written

Positive, upbeat attitude and willingness to learn are a must

Provide outstanding customer service to clients

Maintain continuous communication with clients, addressing inquiries and providing updates

Schedule appointments and manage receipt of equipment from multiple customers

Utilize in-house designed software to track client data and equipmen

Effectively manage tasks in a fast-paced environment

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma

Verbal and written skills.

Must be proficient in MS word, Excel, PowerPoint and ability to learn other programs and software used by the company

Ability to work independently and with a team

Ability to lift or move heavy instruments (up to 50 pounds for short distances)
