Job Description Minimum 70% onsite in Auburn Hills, MI / 30% remote Calibration Program Manager: Job Description: Lead, management and report-out of Calibration Activities (Project management) on several Propulsion Systems Programs. Requirements: BS in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Automotive) Self-Starter Ability to lead cross functional teams Ability to set stretch goals, create/sustain energy, and drive results Drives change where necessary to bring projects to fruition Ability to communicate effectively to senior management Demonstrate strong business acumen and results orientation Exhibit strong intellect, sound judgment and strategic thinking Supports and promotes team above self interest Process oriented Strong computer skills (including PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Project) Additional Must Haves: BS in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Automotive) Strong Program Management skills Experience with automotive OEM or supplier with relevant expertise described above (under Job requirements) 3-5 years of experience No driving is required No travel is required Contract to hire opportunity
