Job description

Program Support Manager

BlueForce, Inc. is seeking experienced Program Support Managers to join our team in support of 89th Airlift Wing Recruiting Assessment & Selection Data (RASD). The Program Support Manager will manage the program and events for Assessment & Selections (A&S), the logistics and resource coordination, a stakeholder and personnel liaison, and assessment materials and board support.

**This position is subject to contract award**

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee the master timeline for all Assessment & Selections (A&S) events, ensuring all critical milestones are met.
  • Execute daily logistical plans for A&S events, including managing the movement of applicants and staff between scheduled activities.
  • Maintain and distribute the master A&S event calendar to unit leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Provide comprehensive management for special projects assigned to unit leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Manage the end to end process for event logistics, including identifying, scheduling, and security official venues and appropriate applicant lodging.
  • Function as the primary liaison for applicant travel, coordinating with the Resource Advisor (RA) to generate and manage orders within the Defense Travel System (DTS)
  • Manage all administrative aspects of selection board volunteers, including scheduling, communication, and logistical support.
  • Develop and implement a standardized set of questions for consistency in evaluations conducted during interviews.
  • Develop and manage training materials and calibration exercises for selection board members to ensure standardized evaluation.
  • Develop and construct assessment events that target applicable Knowledge, Skills and Behaviors (KSB) in either individual, small team or large team events.
  • Manage the production and secure dissemination of all assessment packages, ensuring board members receive materials by established deadlines.
  • Additional duties and responsibilities may apply once contract is awarded.
  • Active Secret clearance.
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in business administration, public administration, program management or related field, OR equivalent work experience (5 years) in relevant field in lieu of degree.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in program management, operations support or administrative leadership roles.
  • Five (5) or more years of demonstrated experience planning, coordinating, and executing programs and events, including logistics, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Proven experience managing logistics and coordinating personnel, facilities, materials, and other program resources.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of assessment process, performance tracking, and development or management of evaluation materials. ย 
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Must possess exceptional written, verbal and comprehension skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a professional and operational setting.
  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proven ability to follow organizational standards and policies.
  • Demonstrated experience exhibiting a comprehensive understanding of stakeholder management and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal leadership and external partners.
  • Possess a valid government-issued ID valid (and/or passport, if international travel is required).
