Buying or selling a watch can be an intimidating process, but Crown amp; Caliber handles each customer with integrity. By joining our exceptional HODINKEE team, you can help transform the watch industry by delivering a unique, superior, and customer-first experience.
The Basics:
Our Watchmaker is responsible for authenticating and fully overhauling watches, with a specialization in high complications and high production. Crown amp; Caliber is currently a partner to (5) luxury watch brands. At Crown amp; Caliber we work on multiple luxury watch brands on a daily basis.
What you'll do
  • Experienced working with multiple brands of watches
  • Complete watch overhauls timely
  • Authenticating potential C amp;C watches
  • Preparing watches for sale, performing work ranging from basic regulation to complete service.
  • Complete repairs on time and according to Crown amp; Caliber standards
  • Maintaining a clean workshop
  • Meeting assigned daily deadlines
  • Prepare polished cases for own work

Education/Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of watch servicing
  • High School Degree or equivalent, required
  • Industry recognized certification in watchmaking preferred
Work Authorization/Security Clearance:
Candidates must be U.S. citizens or green card holders to qualify for employment.
