Job description

CAL Cars in Coeur d'Alene is one of the top dealers in the state of Idaho! We are looking to hire sales consultants of all experience levels. If you are new to selling cars, we can give you the skills and platform to jumpstart your career in business and the automotive industry. If you have car sales experience you will be joining a company with the largest inventory and most aggressive marketing in the inland northwest. All of the vehicles on the road today is a commission earned by a hard-working sales person.

Responsibilities

With our experience and training, any of our sales consultants have the ability to earn over $100,000 each year as we have a competitive sales pay plan with bonus structures in place. Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Develop and demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of all our products
  • Follow the CAL sales system daily and properly log and follow up with all prospects and assigned leads
  • Demonstrate ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.
  • Maintain contact with all clients to ensure high levels of Client Satisfaction.
  • Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity.
  • Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.
  • Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments.

Requirements

Must be able to pass a drug test following national standards. Must provide driver's abstract and have a sufficient driving record to be insured by CAL's current insurance provider. Must have a valid driver's license.

All sales employees, when hired, are required to complete a minimum of 2 days of sales training before starting on the sales floor.
