The Job:

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you'll be part of our Operations team working as an on-site employee. You'll get to:

  • Process Improvement:Analyze existing manufacturing operations to identify, develop, and implement improvements in efficiency, cost, and quality.
  • Design & Development:Create, test, and implement automated machinery, robotic systems, and software programs.
  • Production System Design:Design, install, and troubleshoot new manufacturing equipment, tools, and production lines.
  • Process Improvement:Analyze existing workflows to identify automation opportunities that enhance efficiency and lower costs.
  • System Programming:Program and maintain Control Systems, such as Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), for industrial processes.
  • Documentation & Standards:Create, maintain, and update work instructions, SOPs, and technical documentation for manufacturing processes.
  • Quality Control:Evaluate products against specifications to ensure quality standards are met and resolve production issues.
  • Support & Collaboration:Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, quality, maintenance) to support new product launches and troubleshoot equipment failures.
  • Safety & Compliance:Ensure all manufacturing processes adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations.

The Person:

  • Technical Knowledge:Understanding of lean manufacturing principles (Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S) and production techniques. Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, or software engineering principles.
  • Soft Skills:Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting complex, automated systems, project management, and communication skills.
