Job Description:

  • Travel to various IUH locations
  • Deploy and install hardware including; desktops, monitors, copiers, label printers, dashboards, printers, and other IT equipment
  • Unbox, Stage, and Deploy all relevant equipment
  • Provide on-site support during hardware rollouts
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues during deployment
  • Ensure proper setup and functionality of all equipment
  • Assist in post-go live testing and support



Required Skills & Experience:

  • 1-2 years minimum of deployment experience
  • Imagining, configuration, cable management
  • Great communication
  • Strong work ethic – dependable and punctual
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Strong Customer Service Exp



Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

  • Healthcare Experience preferred
