Job description

SAP SD / CS Analyst - Contract - Onsite (Santa Clara, CA)
We are looking for an experienced SAP SD/CS Analyst to support and enhance service management and sales processes across SAP landscapes. This role will be hands-on, configuration-heavy, and involve close collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
โ€ข Configure and support SAP SD and CS/SM modules, including service-related business processes
โ€ข Work on equipment, installed base, asset tracking, serialization, and task lists
โ€ข Design and deliver solutions for service contracts, warranties, notifications, repair orders, and service orders
โ€ข Support inventory management and related logistics processes
โ€ข Develop functional and technical specifications for ABAP enhancements and custom developments
โ€ข Collaborate on SD user exits and enhancements for sales orders, deliveries, and billing
โ€ข Participate in system integrations, interfaces, and third-party application connectivity
โ€ข Support and troubleshoot EDI/IDOC flows
โ€ข Lead and participate in requirement-gathering workshops and help drive sign-off and solution alignment
โ€ข Work closely with cross-functional SAP teams to ensure end-to-end process integrity
Required Skills:
โ€ข 10+ years of hands-on SAP experience with a strong focus on SD and CS/SM
โ€ข Solid configuration experience in SAP CS/SM and SD modules
โ€ข Practical experience with service management processes and lifecycle execution
โ€ข Experience working in SAP S/4HANA environments
โ€ข Strong understanding of cross-module integration and dependencies
โ€ข Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage business and technical stakeholders
