Position Description:
We are looking for a CS Operational Marketing Analyst to strengthen our proactive market approach and support the growth of Customer Service sales. This role combines data analysis, marketing development, and commercial enablement to identify opportunities in our installed base and create materials that help our CS Sales Team increase revenue, margin, and customer value.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Analyze installed base, lifecycle, and spare parts data to identify service opportunities.
  • Develop operational marketing content and campaigns for retrofits, upgrades, service packages, and parts.
  • Support the CS Sales Team with customer insights, case studies, and sales enablement material.
  • Build dashboards and reports to track campaign performance and results
  • Collaborate with Customer Service, Engineering, ITS, Spare Parts, Sales Operations, and Finance

Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Proficiency with Excel, BI tools, CRM/ERP (Sales Force and SAP is a plus).
  • Marketing operations exposure, ideally in a technical B2B environment.
  • Ability to translate data into commercial actions and clear value propositions.
  • Excellent communication, attention to detail, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proactive mindset and strong project/time management abilities.

Qualifications:
