About the role
At CS Erickson, we tackle some of the most challenging and complex electrical projects in West Michigan. As a growing company expanding into Texas, we offer big-project experience with a tight-knit team feel. What you'll do
  • Lead electrical construction projects up to $10M from kickoff to closeout.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, GCs, engineers, and field crews.
  • Own the schedule, budget, and quality - making sure projects finish safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Preplan every project and keep planning throughout - it's how we win.
  • Use top tools (Accubid, Procore, Bluebeam, etc.) to streamline project delivery.
  • Mentor and guide electricians and subs, fostering a high-performance team culture.
  • Be the go-to communicator - you'll keep everyone aligned with real-time updates.

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of project management experience in electrical construction.
  • Track record of delivering commercial/industrial projects successfully.
  • Strong knowledge of NEC, codes, safety, and construction practices.
  • Comfortable leading teams and communicating directly with clients.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Accubid, Bluebeam, Procore, etc.).
  • Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred (experience may substitute).
  • PMP or PE a plus.

Winning Behaviors and Competencs
  • Real-time Communication is key to success: We will communicate real-time to our team members and clients.
  • Knowing our projects is key to success: Preplanning and continuous planning habits lead to success. We will preplan every project, every time, no exceptions.
  • Responsiveness is key to our success: We will deliver on time on all commitments and approach every request with a sense of urgency. This is our differentiator.
  • Accountability is key to our success: I have a clear understanding of what I am responsible for and will ensure I have enabled good routines and habits that ensure successful outcomes.
  • We are professionals and will hold ourselves to the highest standards: The services and products we deliver will represent this belief. In return we will become role models for our youth, enhance our brand reputation and provide high value outcomes and exceptional experiences for our partners and clients.
