Adecco Staffing is working with a precision manufacturing company in Hopkinton, NH to hire CNC / Laser Machine Operators for 2nd Shift. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity offering competitive pay, hands-on training, and long-term career growth.

Job Duties:
• Set up and operate laser cutting and manufacturing equipment
• Load raw materials and unload finished parts
• Read blueprints, work orders, and production drawings
• Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments as needed
• Perform quality inspections using measuring tools and gauges
• Verify parts meet customer specifications and tolerances
• Complete production documentation accurately
• Maintain equipment and perform routine machine maintenance
• Follow all safety and quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:
• Previous machine operating, CNC, fabrication, manufacturing, or production experience preferred
• Ability to read blueprints is a plus
