Job description

Join Our Team!

Are you looking for a new challenge this year? We’re looking for people who can add to (not just fit in with) our culture. Explore open roles below.

About Us

Our C Space Health communities team is on a mission to humanize healthcare from the outside-in; bringing the voice of the customer (patient, provider, caregiver) to confidently guide healthcare companies to deliver improved experiences, better health outcomes, and commercial success. We partner with the world’s leading healthcare brands, including many of the top 20 global pharmaceutical companies, to deliver insights, outcomes, and success.

C Space pioneered online market research communities, and our community-based approach is what sets us apart. Rather than one-off projects, we build long-term partnerships with clients and engaged communities of physicians, patients, caregivers, and other healthcare stakeholders – often lasting years or even decades. By working closely within focused therapeutic areas, our teams develop deep category expertise and trusted client relationships that go beyond surface-level feedback to deliver richer, more contextual insights. The result is a more strategic, consultative approach to market research, grounded in real‑world behaviors, decisions, and experiences over time.

The Salary Range for this position is $125,000 - $140,000. If this is not the right level for you, please check out our other postings. This is a virtual role; however, we have an office in Boston, should you want to work in‑person and/or hybrid.

Who You Are

You are an insatiably curious leader who believes in making healthcare more human. You believe that companies should innovate from the outside‑in; that the customer, patient, physician, and caregiver perspectives should guide healthcare companies, not the other way around. You like to think strategically, work creatively yet efficiently, and drive business profitability and expansion. Lastly, and perhaps most importantly, you’re a team player – you know that you’re only as good as the team you lead, and you love bringing out the best in those around you.

What You’ll Do Showcase Client Leadership
  • Build strong relationships with your clients. Understand the goals of your clients’ organizations and, through trusted partnerships and team support, help your clients succeed and achieve their goals.
  • Uncover the opportunity. Create space to listen, plan, and workshop with your clients at the start of the engagement and check in throughout.
  • Bring the brief. Leveraging our thought leadership and three‑company (i.e., Escalent, Hall & Partners, C Space) assets, grow the business by regularly uncovering opportunities to deliver value across your clients’ organizations.
  • Design impactful research projects. Be comfortable working across qualitative and quantitative projects, skilled at driving impact through your team’s work.
  • Have a commercial mindset. Manage the financial aspects of your accounts to ensure we deliver what our clients expect, communicating financial updates internally and externally along the way.
  • Inspire your clients. Actively connect the dots, from patient, provider, and industry trends to the competitive landscape, and regularly bring a holistic perspective to our clients’ business.
Develop High‑Performance Teams
  • Lead inclusively. Promote a sense of belonging on your teams through creating psychological safety and proactively seeking out and including perspectives different from your own.
  • Model, coach, and manage. Demonstrate and coach your teams in client empathy, client stewardship, and commercial skills. Lead with creativity, imagination, and passion. Be the type of leader who energizes their team regularly. Manage direct reports to succeed.
  • Build accountability. Define clear roles internally to leverage superpowers and development opportunities, leading to a great employee (and client) experience.
  • Deliver feedback. Help your teammates grow by delivering timely and direct feedback, positive and constructive, even when it’s tough.
  • Develop talent. Work with managers, HR and L&D colleagues to identify opportunities for new skill development, performance excellence, and career growth.
Grow the Business
  • Open our clients' eyes – and opportunities. Proactively uncover whitespace across client organizations, introducing new solutions that deliver incremental value and build relationships to expand reach.
  • Have a growth mindset. Support prospective opportunities and identify new clients to showcase the value of our community solution and be an advocate for Escalent Group‑wide offerings.
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Relevant pharmaceutical/biotech industry/healthcare experience, ideally in market research and data analysis, consumer insights, marketing/brand management
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in market research within healthcare
  • Proven track record as a practitioner of qualitative and quantitative research
  • Inclusive leader with demonstrated success managing and developing direct reports over multiple years
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to deal with competing priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to drive account growth through problem‑solving, team building, thinking strategically, and building relationships
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
  • Ability to multitask, work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, exercise sound judgment, and escalate issues when necessary
Benefits
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance – large carriers on a national level (domestic partner coverage included)
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Flexible PTO – feel no guilt in taking off a minimum of 3 weeks of real vacation time
  • Paid parental leave: 8 weeks
  • Paid sick leave: up to 8 weeks
  • 12 paid company holidays
  • Hybrid/virtual work – virtual‑first workforce with employees in most states
  • Salary range for this role is $125,000 - $140,000

Equal Opportunity Employer: All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, national origin, disability, veteran status, age, marital status, pregnancy, genetic information, or other legally protected status.
