Job description

About Us

Our C Space Health communities team is on a mission to humanize healthcare from the outside-in; bringing the voice of the customer (patient, provider, caregiver) to confidently guide healthcare companies to deliver improved experiences, better health outcomes, and commercial success. We partner with the world’s leading healthcare brands, including many of the top 20 global pharmaceutical companies, to deliver insights, outcomes, and success.

C Space pioneered online market research communities, and our community-based approach is what sets us apart. Rather than one-off projects, we build long-term partnerships with clients and engaged communities of physicians, patients, caregivers, and other healthcare stakeholders - often lasting years or even decades. By working closely within focused therapeutic areas, our consultants develop deep category expertise and trusted client relationships that go beyond surface-level feedback to deliver richer, more contextual insights. The result is a more strategic, consultative approach to market research, grounded in real-world behaviors, decisions, and experiences over time.

This is a virtual role; however, we have an office in Boston, should you want to work in-person and/or hybrid.

Role Summary

We’re seeking a new team member who is well-versed in qualitative and quantitative methodologies and brings healthcare/pharma experience or therapeutic area expertise. This role involves diagnosing research needs, leading research projects end-to-end, and thriving as part of a team.

Salary range: $80,000-$95,000 (commensurate with experience)

Who You Are

  • A curious and strategic market researcher with 3-7 years of experience in qualitative/quantitative research, ideally within healthcare, life sciences, or pharma
  • Naturally driven to understand the “why behind the what”
  • Able to connect research findings to business implications and client decision-making
  • A storyteller who translates data into engaging, informative, and inspiring narratives
  • Familiar with the pharmaceutical industry and healthcare stakeholders
  • Comfortable designing and conducting research from start to finish, including drafting surveys and interview guides, analysis, and storytelling
  • Someone who thrives in a client-facing role, builds relationships with ease, and can confidently lead discussions and deliver presentations
  • Consistently learning and staying up to date on novel practices, including AI integration, innovative tools, and new methodologies
  • A team player who enjoys mentoring others and collaborating across roles
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Qualitative moderation experience with patients or providers is a bonus

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will work across healthcare accounts by:

Conducting Research

  • Develop creative, focused and effective research plans and frameworks that generate insights
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of qualitative and quantitative results to uncover actionable insights relevant to our client's business and research objectives
  • Utilize a variety of visual elements in reports, including charts, graphs, imagery and other creative techniques to highlight key insights and engage readers
  • Present findings to clients and lead discussions regarding insights and their impact on the business to ultimately inspire clients to act on those learnings

Leading Relationships with Clients and Colleagues

  • Nurture and maintain excellent relationships with clients
  • Develop and proactively manage project plans to meet client and team expectations
  • Mentor and coach more junior team members on research design, project execution, research analysis and reporting
  • Participate in internal initiatives to develop our company’s points of view, thought leadership, innovative techniques and formats

Alongside a competitive salary, we also offer a comprehensive benefits package including:

  • Flexible PTO
  • Discounted medical, health and vision insurance
  • 401k with a company match
  • Paid Parental leave
  • Commuter benefits
  • Employee Assistance Program
  • Established Employee Resource Groups
  • Extensive Learning & Development curriculum
  • Culture committee, clubs, in person (if local) & virtual social events
  • Base salary range for this role is $80,000 - $95,000 (determined by level of experience)
