Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Program Manager to join our team in Moraine, OH. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of managing complex programs successfully. This role requires a collaborative team player who can effectively solve problems and make informed decisions to drive program success.

Key Responsibilities
OBJECTIVE / MISSION
To lead, supervise, design, improve, implement, and optimize manufacturing systems through information and product flows. This is achieved through the integration of people, materials, equipment, technology, and energy to achieve maximum productivity. Ensure that manufactured products meet or exceed customer expectations through the design of processes that allow for competitive performance and cost levels. Directly participate in and supervise the manufacturing process in the relevant procedures, ensuring that BWI's manufacturing processes deliver continuous improvement results in terms of safety and quality.
To comply with the standards established by IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001, as well as meet specific customer requirements.
As a participant with responsibility in safety, health, and environmental care systems, the individual has the authority to stop work activities, identify, and communicate safety or environmental issues related to work areas, equipment, machinery, or facilities to their supervisor, participating, where appropriate, in initiating and recommending solutions, reviewing implementations when necessary, to prevent or correct safety and/or environmental risks.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES:
  • Open to responding to changes in tasks, assignments, instructions, or priorities, and able to maintain effective performance during times of change.
  • Demonstrate technical and professional skills as well as knowledge of relevant methods, practices, and standards.
  • Keep knowledge up-to-date within areas associated with the employee's profession.
  • Prioritize and set the pace. Effectively control work by prioritizing objectives.
  • Delegate when appropriate. Seek solutions to overcome obstacles and complete the work.

  • Identify, analyze, resolve, or escalate risks in a timely manner.
  • Implement and maintain all project information in the PLM system.
