What You’ll DoCustomer Service & Sales Support
  • Provide professional, courteous, and knowledgeable service to customers in person and over the phone.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely follow-through.
  • Follow up on customer requests and backorders to ensure satisfaction and fulfillment.
  • Build strong customer relationships while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Support sales growth through inside sales efforts and add-on selling techniques.
Product & Market Knowledge
  • Continuously build product knowledge through collaboration with sales reps, vendors, and technical resources.
  • Stay informed on products available in the showroom to better assist customers.
Inventory Support
  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability and timely customer fulfillment.
  • Assist with ordering restock inventory under the direction of the Warehouse Manager.
  • Participate in physical inventory counts and cycle counts.
  • Verify accuracy of product movement within systems.
  • Identify slow-moving inventory and assist with sales or transfers.
Compliance & Safety
  • Follow company credit policies and cash handling procedures.
  • Ensure proper documentation and control of invoices, checks, and credit transactions.
