Job description

Hartel, DeSantis & Murray, LLP, an AV-rated Maryland based litigation law firm focusing on insurance defense and plaintiff personal injury in Maryland, D.C. and Virginia, seeks an associate attorney barred in Virginia to join our team. Additional bar admission in Maryland and/or the District of Columbia is a plus. Ability to work remotely with office attendance in Maryland on occasion is an option.

Job Responsibilities: As a licensed associate attorney, you will handle insurance defense cases and plaintiff personal injury cases. You will have the support and mentoring of the experienced lawyers of the firm.

Compensation:

  • $65,000 - $90,000 / year.
  • Salary commensurate with experience.
  • Bonus offered on self-referred personal injury plaintiff cases that you originate.

Experience:

  • 1-2 years experience in civil litigation with jury trial experience preferred.
  • Microsoft Office experience required.
