Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized professional Range and Training Area Management Specialist to support the U.S. Marine Corps program at their Headquarters in Virginia. This is a data-driven, administrative role focused on program tracking, data management, and enterprise-level coordination. The ideal candidate will serve as a central hub for RTAM data, ensuring information is accurate, standardized, and ready for use in Marine Corps systems, while supporting leadership with clear reporting and analysis. * High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate's or higher in logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred) * 3+ years experience in logistics, supply, data analysis, or program support * Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency (Pivot Tables, formulas, data structuring) * Experience with property accountability or DoD processes * Strong organizational and communication skills (oral and written) * Ability to prepare and present technical reports, SOPs, and briefings Preferred * Experience with Marine Corps systems (GTS/VTS, DPAS, GCSS-MC) * Knowledge of MCO 4400.201 * Experience supporting multi-site or enterprise programs * Experience conducting inventories and inspections * Experience with RFMSS (or similar scheduling systems) * Strong analytical and reporting skills Security Requirements * Active Secret Clearance REQUIRED
