About Virtualite 

Virtualite Business Process Outsourcing Services partners with entrepreneurs and growing organizations to streamline operations through virtual support and digital process management solutions. Our focus on reliability, efficiency, and scalable growth allows our clients to operate at a higher level. 
We are currently looking for regional business development executives to drive new business through in-person engagement and territory development. You’ll be responsible for identifying opportunities and building partnerships within your local market. 

In this role: 

• Generate new business through field prospecting, referrals, and networking 
• Conduct in-person meetings and presentations with business owners and leaders 
• Identify operational challenges and position Virtualite’s services as solutions 
• Manage a full sales cycle from initial contact to close 
• Build and maintain a pipeline within CRM systems 
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client success 
 
We are looking for: 

• Experience in outside sales, field sales, or business development roles are a plus but not required 
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills 
• Comfortable with territory-based prospecting 
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
