As a business unit controller, your primary job duties include supervising the accounting department, including payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. You also lead financial planning and analysis, ensure compliance with financial controls and audits, and report cash flow and other company information to external financial institutions. The career typically requires at least a bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field and relevant work experience.
