Ready to help build something from the ground up? This is a rare opportunity to shape and scale a newly created function at the center of how a global organization stays resilient, manages risk, and enables the future through technology.

As a Operational Resiliency Business Management within Global Finance, you will sit at the intersection of strategy, execution, and senior leadership — turning complex priorities into real outcomes. If you thrive in ambiguity, love bringing structure to fast-moving work, and want visibility with senior leaders, this role is built for you. Come do the most important work of your career with us.

Job Responsibilities
  • Serve as senior business manager and strategic advisor to the function's leader, helping shape strategy, operating model, governance structure, and the senior management agenda
  • Own the function's strategic book of work, translating priorities into clear delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, success measures, and executive-level reporting
  • Lead financial and resource management, including budgeting, forecasting, headcount governance, investment planning, expense discipline, and resource prioritization
  • Drive execution discipline across priority initiatives, ensuring delivery against scope, timeline, budget, and measurable business outcomes
  • Establish and manage the operating cadence, including leadership meetings, governance forums, quarterly planning, business reviews, action tracking, and escalation processes
  • Provide senior-level transparency on delivery health, including progress, adoption, benefits realization, financial performance, and decisions required
  • Develop executive-ready communications and decision materials, including strategy documents, business reviews, governance packs, decision papers, and audit-support materials
  • Support organizational effectiveness, including operating model design, capacity planning, location strategy, workforce planning, and change management
  • Define and track performance measures that demonstrate progress, value delivery, execution discipline, and sustainable outcomes
  • Lead strategic analyses and special projects for senior management, regulatory, audit, or control-related forums
  • Represent the function in senior forums, ensuring clear messaging, informed escalation, and alignment across stakeholders
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree file-name
  • 10+ years of experience managing large-scale transformation initiatives
  • Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives and to engage, influence, and build relationships with senior executives, business leaders, and key stakeholders
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex topics for senior audiences and drive decision making
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, with experience tracking performance, risks, dependencies, and outcomes
  • High proficiency in developing executive materials, reporting, and data-driven insights
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity, managing competing priorities, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
  • MBA or relevant advanced degree
  • Experience in financial services, strategy consulting, or technology — ideally in strategy, transformation, business management, chief operating office, or chief of staff roles
  • Knowledge of markets, payments, banking, operations, technology, or business management environments
