What does a business transformation manager do?

A business transformation manager is responsible for identifying an area of opportunity within a company and implementing processes to change its performance for the better. In this career, your job duties include overseeing all aspects of the company, implementing any procedural change necessary, and improving how the people in the company perform through measurable improvements. The qualifications needed for a career as a business transformation manager include a bachelor’s degree in business management.
