Youwill collaborate closely with the Strategy, Marketing, and Communications manager and the broader team, contributing to fresh perspectives while continuing to grow your strategic toolkit.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with the SMC manager to develop and implement strategic initiatives critical to the Dallas BU's success, aligning priorities with business objectives.

  • Conduct research and gather market intelligence to inform BU strategy, support business planning, and identify emerging opportunities.

  • Support quarterly and annual business planning processes by preparing presentations, reports, and visual materials that communicate BU performance, initiatives, and alignment to company strategy.

  • Support the development of presentations and materials for leadership, client, and team meetings to effectively communicate strategic objectives and results.

  • Independently manage cross-functional projectswith internal stakeholders to gather inputs and drive progress.

  • Support senior leaders and business unit partners by identifying and anticipating needs, asking thoughtful questions, and translating ambiguous challenges into structured plans.

  • Develop and maintain project plans timelines, and tracking mechanisms to ensure on-time delivery and stakeholder alignment.

  • Craft compellingnarratives and communication materials tailored to diverse internal audiences, including leadership and executive teams.

  • Contribute to the identification of best practices, process improvements, and opportunities for strategic innovation across the business unit.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or one-to-two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Strategy, or a related field (MBA preferred)

  • 3-5 years of experience in business strategy, communications, operations, consulting, or a related field

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel

  • Data visualization skills a plus (i.e., PowerBI, Smartsheets)

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills-able to interpret data, identify trends, and translate findings into clear recommendations

  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills-able to collaborate across teams and communicate effectively with leadership

  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and taking initiative with limited direction

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas

  • Self-starter with strong follow-through, attention to detail, and organizational skills

  • Team player with a collaborative mindset and the ability to build relationships across functions
