Role and Responsibilities
This role focuses on developing and executing business strategies for the team in Plano, Texas. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and drive strategic initiatives to achieve business objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to support organizational goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business strategies with operational plans.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business strategies.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership based on data-driven insights.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in business strategy or strategic planning.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Skills and Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the consumer electronics or retail industry.
